Beijing News (Reporter Wang Kala) Recently, Mirxes, XtalPi, and SIGNET announced that the three parties will jointly build a precise prevention and treatment system for gastric cancer with AI at its core, covering the entire process of "early screening-diagnosis-treatment". They will also establish joint ventures in China and Singapore, relying on their respective strengths to jointly expand the Asian market.

This plan relies on the globally leading early gastric cancer screening technology of MiRXES, XtalPi's AI + robotics drug discovery platform, and Signet Therapeutics' world-first targeted drug pipeline for diffuse gastric cancer. Over the next five years, it will gradually build a full-cycle treatment closed-loop system for gastric cancer that integrates "early screening, early diagnosis, and early treatment." It aims to comprehensively enhance the penetration rate of early gastric cancer screening, precise diagnosis, and treatment coverage, helping to progressively reduce the incidence and mortality rates of gastric cancer in Asia. The initiative seeks to improve the accessibility of early gastric cancer screening and the effectiveness of treatments in China and across Asia. By 2031, it strives to systematically reduce the burden of gastric cancer on patients' families and healthcare systems in China, and gradually eliminate this significant health threat by overcoming challenges in gastric cancer prevention and treatment through technological collaboration.

Gastric cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor in Asia, with nearly half of the global gastric cancer deaths occurring in this region. In China, the annual number of new cases exceeds 350,000, with over 260,000 deaths. The majority of patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage, and difficult-to-treat subtypes such as diffuse gastric cancer lack effective treatment options. Insufficient early screening and delayed treatment have become the core challenges.

As a key part of the plan, XtalPi participated in the new share placement of MiRXES as a strategic investor and reached an in-depth technical cooperation. By the end of 2025, MiRXES and XtalPi have reached a strategic cooperation to jointly build an AI-enabled "diagnosis-treatment integration" innovative research and industrialization platform, working together to create a full-chain solution from early detection to precise intervention and treatment.
