Mr. Li Gang, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Scientist of Changjiang Biology. With nearly 30 years of practical and clinical experience, he has achieved international leadership in protein-enzyme molecular engineering, antigen-antibody diagnostic technologies, and fine chemical synthesis. Since the 1990s, Mr. Li has been dedicated to the research and development of medical diagnostic equipment and molecular biotechnology, leading frontline laboratory R&D and patent applications. His product portfolio includes diagnostic devices and biological reagents for the early prevention and screening of thrombotic diseases. In 1993, he pioneered the CS-method rotating blood rheometry technique, which was patented and has since been adopted by all rotating blood rheometers. In 2004, he developed fully liquid reagents for the four coagulation tests, obtaining product registration and CE certification in the same year. In 2005, he developed non-Newtonian fluid national secondary reference materials, establishing his company as a manufacturer of national reference materials. In 2018, he pioneered the first fully automated thromboelastography analyzer and fully liquid diagnostic reagents, securing invention patents and becoming the first globally registered fully automated elastography product.

Mr. Li Gang successively founded Beijing Shidi Scientific Instrument Company, Beijing Zhongqin Shidi Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhongqin Shidi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Changshu Changjiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. He was elected as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Haidian District, Beijing. Currently, he serves as a member of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Medical Clinical Laboratory and In Vitro Diagnostic Systems (TC136), a member of the Standardization Committee for Medical Equipment Safety (TC338), an Executive Director of the China Association for Medical Equipment Industry, Vice Chairman of the Zhongguancun International Development Alliance for Medical Devices, and Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Compendium of Clinical Laboratory Equipment.

Changjiang Bio starts with routine coagulation testing and strategically expands into thromboelastography, constant-speed high-throughput coagulation analysis, platelet function analysis, and automated coagulation assembly lines, providing comprehensive coagulation solutions.
