2020 China Conference on Appropriate Technologies for Chronic Disease Management Submits IPO Prospectus
To earnestly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s June 2nd speech, which stated that “the disease prevention and control system is a crucial safeguard for protecting people’s health, ensuring public health security, and maintaining economic and social stability,” and to prioritize people’s health as a national development strategy while implementing the “Medium- and Long-Term Plan for the Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases in China (2017–2025),” thereby promoting the practical application of appropriate technologies for chronic disease management, the New Exploration Health Development Research Center, the Chinese Non-Public Medical Institutions Association, People’s Daily Online·People’s Health, and the Chongqing Health Management Research Association will jointly host the “2020 China Conference on Appropriate Technologies for Chronic Disease Management.” The conference is scheduled to be held in Chongqing on October 24–25, 2020.
This conference will center closely on the implementation and execution of the “National Healthy Lifestyle Initiative” and key areas outlined in the “Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline. It will invite multidisciplinary academicians and experts to deliver insightful presentations on chronic disease prevention and control alongside informatization development, strategies for establishing health examination institutions, and exemplary case studies from demonstration zones for chronic disease prevention and control. Furthermore, interactive discussions will be held with attending representatives on appropriate technologies in fields such as nutrition, physical activity, wearable devices, health examinations, and single-disease management within chronic disease management.
Adhering to the principle of “upgrading technologies for chronic disease management and promoting the outcomes of the Chronic Disease Conference,” and themed “Application of Innovative Technologies and Integration of Management Models,” the conference explores and exchanges appropriate technologies for chronic disease management, providing a specialized platform for professional exchange and on-site demonstration to facilitate technology promotion and academic dissemination in the field of chronic disease management.
