Recently, the 2020 China Health Industry (International) Eco-Conference (Xipu Conference) was held in Boao, Hainan. The highly anticipated Xipu Gold Awards were also announced, with Jianke Group ranking on the “2019–2020 Comprehensive Competitiveness Ranking of Chinese Pharmaceutical Retail Enterprises” and being among the first batch of companies recognized as “Listed E-commerce Operation Enterprises.”
As China’s most prestigious, largest-scale, and most influential forward-looking conference in the health industry, this year’s Xipu Conference, themed “Perseverance of the Sun-Chasers: Ushering in a New Era of Full-Life-Cycle Health Management,” brought together more than 6,000 participants from industry, academia, research, and media sectors both domestically and internationally. As the most anticipated segment of the Xipu Conference over the years, the inaugural Xipu Gold Awards Ceremony held in the post-pandemic era has drawn widespread attention from all sectors of society.
It is reported that, in response to the critical period of service transformation for pharmaceutical retail enterprises, the 2019–2020 Comprehensive Competitiveness Rankings have specially added sub-rankings for DTP operations, e-commerce operations, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) operations. These additions complement the two established corporate awards—the “China Pharmaceutical Retail Enterprise Comprehensive Competitiveness Ranking” and the “China Pharmaceutical Retail Enterprise Comprehensive Competitiveness · Seven Powers Champion”—to highlight the benchmarks in these specialized sectors.

Zhu Xiaoyi, Supply Chain Director of Jianke Group, Goes on Stage to Accept the Award
Leveraging its advanced “Internet + Healthcare” service model, Jianke Group has assembled a network of 200,000 physicians across China and serves over 20 million patients with chronic diseases, earning widespread market recognition. As a result, it was honored with the 2020 Xipu Gold Award for “Top E-commerce Operating Enterprises.”
As a renowned enterprise in the pharmaceutical e-commerce sector, Jianke Group was previously awarded the “Internet Drug Transaction Service Qualification Certificate,” becoming the first legally authorized B2C online drug retailer in Guangdong Province and one of the few companies in the industry to hold all three licenses (Class A, B, and C). It rapidly emerged as a leading domestic provider of online smart healthcare and health management services. Today, leveraging its superior product technology, first-class service attitude, and strong market recognition, Jianke Group has been honored with the industry’s highest accolade, the “Xipu Gold Award.”
It is reported that the theme of this year’s West China Pharmaceutical Conference (Xipu Hui) is “Sun Chasers’ Perseverance: Ushering in a New Era of Full-Lifecycle Health Management,” which aligns closely with Jianke’s strategic development direction. Last year, Jianke Group announced its initiative to build a Hospital-to-Home (H2H) model, creating a new paradigm for future smart healthcare. The implementation of the H2H model signifies that Jianke is advancing from the mobile healthcare stage, driven by the dual engines of “medical services + pharmaceuticals,” into the smart health era, having achieved full coverage of the pharmaceutical circulation ecosystem from hospitals to homes.
From an industry chain perspective, the emergence of the Hospital-to-Home (H2H) model has, on one hand, broken down scenario barriers by evolving medical consultations from purely offline visits to a hybrid model of initial offline diagnosis followed by online follow-ups, thereby shifting care settings from traditional hospitals to out-of-hospital and home environments. On the other hand, it has dismantled temporal barriers by shifting focus from “rear-end treatment” to “front-end prevention,” transforming medical care into comprehensive health management and enabling individuals to access health services throughout their entire life cycle. This signifies that Jianke, with its quietly established and rapidly expanding internet hospital business, is moving increasingly closer to becoming an industry consolidator.

Jianke Group CEO Xie Fangmin Invited to Deliver a Speech on Stage
On the 15th, Xie Fangmin, CEO of Jianke Group, delivered a speech titled “Internet Marketing for Chronic Disease Patients” at the Westpu Conference. He stated that Jianke has leveraged its unique advantages, built through technological investment and business accumulation, to create an innovative chronic disease management service system.
Based on this chronic disease management service system, the Jianke H2H system automatically sends relevant pharmaceutical education information to patients at each predetermined time point. Meanwhile, the AI assistant proactively engages with patients via phone calls and WeChat, inviting them to complete condition assessment questionnaires and collecting feedback on their medication usage. Unlike traditional family doctors, whose services are triggered intermittently by patients, online family doctors proactively deliver health services according to the milestones set in the chronic disease management plan, thereby achieving two-way communication.
On the patient side, they can engage in online consultations, follow-up visits, and receive electronic prescriptions from doctors through the platform. Throughout the entire process and cycle of chronic disease management, patients can achieve relief and control of general conditions without frequent hospital visits.
In the H2H system, physicians can personalize and customize specialized chronic disease management plans. Based on the specific disease and patient conditions, doctors can define key time points within the periodic management workflow on the platform. At each time point, physicians can address various patient inquiries by recording videos or audio messages, distribute relevant articles, and collect real-time patient data.
Xie Fangmin stated that Jianke has elevated internet healthcare to the same strategic level as pharmaceutical e-commerce, focusing on the specialized development of chronic disease management. This strategy shifts the approach from passively waiting for low-frequency users to proactively targeting users with high-frequency needs, thereby integrating key stakeholders such as doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and pharmacies. By building an ecosystem centered on chronic disease management services—including its internet hospital, electronic prescription circulation system, and direct supply of new and specialty drugs—Jianke has established a moat to support its future rapid growth.
