Suzhou Xinnovate Pharma Completes RMB 1 Billion Series C Financing Led by Zhengxin Valley and a Global Long-Term Fund, Advances Toward IPO

This round was co-led by Loyal Valley Capital and a well-known international long-term fund, with participation from multiple prominent institutions including Haisong Capital, CICC Qide Fund under CICC Capital, Xinyun Capital, Jiuyou Capital, and Deguan Capital. Yuanxing Zhitong served as the exclusive financial advisor for this financing round.

Among the product pipelines that have entered clinical trials, XNW4107 is a novel β-lactamase inhibitor with potent bactericidal activity against Gram-negative bacteria. It is simultaneously effective against Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacteriaceae, demonstrating superior bacteriostatic efficacy compared to existing marketed or clinical-stage counterparts. XNW3009 is a next-generation uric acid-lowering agent, with current clinical data showing favorable safety and outstanding efficacy. XNW1011 is the second covalent reversible BTK inhibitor globally, holding promise to comprehensively surpass previous-generation products in terms of safety, efficacy, and indication scope. XNW7201 is a small-molecule Wnt pathway inhibitor, expected to demonstrate significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors such as gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Additionally, it can enhance immune responses, making it suitable for combination therapy with tumor immunotherapies.
