Technology-Driven, People-Centered

“Internet + Healthcare” Unleashes Infinite Possibilities

“Internet Plus” represents a transformation in production methods and mindsets, and even more so, a change ingrained in our very DNA. In recent years, traditional hospitals and pharmaceutical companies have also ventured online, exploring the blue ocean of internet healthcare. Leveraging internet medical technologies, they provide proactive solutions to longstanding issues such as difficulties in accessing medical care and high medication costs for the general public. During the pandemic, internet healthcare opened up an online front in the fight against the virus, significantly alleviating the pressure on offline hospitals and reducing the risk of infection. As a leading enterprise in internet healthcare, PINGAN GOOD DOCTOR provided public consultations on COVID-19 and guidance on epidemic prevention through free online clinics. During the peak of the pandemic, the platform recorded 1.11 billion visits, demonstrating the prominent social value of internet healthcare. As the immense potential of internet healthcare is gradually unleashed, how should we truly understand and integrate the spirit of the internet era—openness, equality, collaboration, and sharing—into the healthcare industry?
