Spring Rain Doctor Completes Series E Strategic Financing to Relaunch Pentagram Innovation Initiative

On September 10, 2020, Chunyu Yisheng announced the completion of its Series E strategic financing round, led by Sogou Technology, with participation from Huaxin and Huajin Funds.

Founded in 2011, Chunyu Yisheng (Spring Rain Doctor) has just celebrated its ninth anniversary. As a pioneer of mobile healthcare in China, Chunyu Yisheng has successively launched innovative medical service models, including online consultations, cloud clinics, family doctor services, an open platform, health kiosks, and internet hospitals. Among these, online consultations have become the most mature business model in the current internet healthcare industry, offering rapid responses within three minutes, 24/7. Intelligent department triage matching and the AI-assisted system powered by the Chunyu Medical Assistant Brain have significantly improved diagnostic efficiency and accuracy. Both proprietary and third-party medical support databases provide real-time services to both doctors and patients.

As of August 2020, Chunyu Yisheng had aggregated more than 630,000 verified practicing physicians from hospitals across China, covering all medical specialties; it had accumulated over 130 million registered users, with a peak daily consultation volume exceeding 300,000.
