RADLogics
RADLogics, founded in 2010, is an AI medical imaging company based in Silicon Valley, USA. It primarily develops medical imaging software for radiology departments, providing fully automated AI medical imaging solutions to help radiologists improve work efficiency and ultimately enhance patient treatment outcomes. The company has R&D laboratories in Boston, USA, and Tel Aviv, Israel. As one of the pioneers in medical image analysis, RADLogics leverages advanced big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to perform quantitative analysis on massive volumes of medical image data from CT, MRI, PET, and X-ray scans. Through automated detection and structured report generation, it reduces diagnostic turnaround time from hours to minutes.
Moshe Becker, founder of RadLogics, is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with 25 years of business experience spanning international engineering, healthcare IT, mobile communications, marketing management, and enterprise solutions. His co-founder and Chief Scientist, Hayit Greenspan, is a professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Tel Aviv University and an affiliated researcher at the Computer Science Division of the University of California, Berkeley. As one of the earliest professors globally to conduct research on deep learning in medical imaging, she has garnered high acclaim within the industry.
As an early pioneer, RADLogics has accumulated the most professional and advanced algorithm development tools and collaborates with several leading global OEM distribution partners, including Nuance, a company capable of rapidly deploying artificial intelligence solutions in international markets. After more than a decade of development, RADLogics has deployed its medical imaging AI solutions worldwide, having analyzed and processed millions of CT and X-ray scans for hospitals in the United States, Russia, China, and India.
Commenting on the strategic partnership with PVmed, Moches Becker, Founder and CEO of RADLogics, stated, “As pioneers in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, this strategic collaboration between PVmed and RADLogics will enable both parties to further expand their presence in the Asian market and enhance the capabilities of clinicians and radiologists in medical imaging diagnosis. More importantly, our early work and research on AI-assisted detection and analysis for COVID-19 were conducted in China, which aligns closely with the objective of this partnership: to provide healthcare workers and clinicians with novel tools during the post-pandemic recovery period, thereby alleviating resource strains on regional healthcare systems.”
RADLogics’ AI software incorporates a variety of algorithms that not only detect abnormalities in chest CT and X-ray images but also automatically triage and prioritize cases based on disease severity, ensuring that radiologists can provide timely and appropriate examination and treatment. Furthermore, these AI-based tools can perform quantitative analysis on lung CT or X-ray images of patients suspected of having COVID-19, generating relevant numerical scores to enable healthcare professionals to conduct comparative analyses of examinations performed at different time points. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, RADLogics has allocated dedicated resources for diverse clinical settings, modifying its algorithms and deployment strategies to adapt to various environments, thereby facilitating the rapid detection of lung abnormalities associated with COVID-19. This tool played a critical role as an auxiliary screening aid during the global outbreak of the pandemic this year.
Coincidentally, PVmed also took immediate action at the onset of the pandemic by launching an AI-assisted screening system for COVID-19, efficiently and safely supporting disease diagnosis and clinical management.

In fact, as early as 2018, PVmed and RadLogics had already engaged in discussions regarding their respective technologies and products.
After more than two years of in-depth understanding and development discussions, both parties have formally established a cooperative relationship. The strategic partnership between PVmed and RadLogics is not only a collaboration of technologies but also an integration of business cultures, with both sides reaching a consensus on dual empowerment through technology and branding.
Shen Shuo, CEO of PVmed, stated: “After years of development, validation, and refinement, AI-driven medical products are steadily entering clinical practice to serve physicians and patients, thanks to the joint efforts of clinicians, regulatory bodies for registration and testing, and commercial enterprises. This sector has entered a phase of accelerated growth both in China and in other international markets. Given the long development cycles and regionally concentrated resource requirements characteristic of the medical device industry, collaboration among healthcare companies is particularly crucial across capital, market, and solution dimensions. PVmed is committed to partnering with companies like RadLogics that possess internationally leading technologies and extensive long-term expertise, aiming to achieve mutual success and breakthroughs in multiple fields.”
It is well known in the industry that a significant portion of medical data originates from medical imaging. While the volume of medical imaging data continues to grow year by year, the growth rate and work efficiency of radiologists are insufficient to keep pace with this trend, placing immense pressure on physicians. Currently, the majority of medical imaging data still requires manual analysis, the most prominent drawback of which is imprecision; judgments based solely on clinical experience are prone to misdiagnosis.
The development of artificial intelligence technology offers a novel approach to addressing the challenges facing contemporary medical imaging. With rapid algorithmic breakthroughs and continuously growing computational power in the field, AI is gradually surpassing the visual limits of radiologists, delivering diagnostic reports faster and more accurately. “AI-empowered medical imaging” serves as an effective solution for this domain.
