The round was led by Tencent, Hillhouse Ventures, and Yunfeng Capital, with participation from Morningside Venture Capital, Matrix Partners China, Zheshang Venture Capital, SoftBank China, Kaifeng Venture Capital, Ivy Capital, Future Qichuang Fund, and Fanzhuo Capital. Fanzhuo Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor.

 

Meanwhile, Jiaxing Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (i.e., “Taimei Medical Technology”) was officially renamed Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. on September 11, 2020.
