Lianren Health and China Mobile Jointly Exhibit at CHITEC 2020, Showcasing National-Level Healthcare Big Data Solutions

From September 25 to 27, 2020, the “2020 China Health Information Technology / Health and Medical Big Data Application Exchange Conference and Software, Hardware, and Health & Medical Products Exhibition (CHITEC)” was held in Haikou City. Themed “Joining Hands to Create a New Future for Digital Health,” the conference reviewed the achievements of national health informatization during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and explored innovative approaches for digital health development in the post-COVID-19 era and during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The event was unprecedented in scale, attracting nearly one hundred enterprises from the medical informatics industry. Leaders and experts from government agencies and medical institutions, including the National Health Commission, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, and Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital, also attended the conference.

At China Mobile’s “5G Smart Healthcare New Infrastructure Forum,” Li Yunfei, Vice President of LIANREN Digital Health, delivered a keynote speech titled “Digital Big Health Leading the New Future.” He introduced to the attendees the founding background of LIANREN Digital Health, the construction progress of the National Health and Medical Big Data Center (North), and the company’s core business operations, providing a detailed elaboration on data aggregation, data governance, and the closed-loop application of data scenarios. Mr. Li stated that the company will center on data-driven strategies to deliver comprehensive ecosystem services benefiting healthcare providers, government agencies, enterprises, and the public. Bai Yongshen stated that advancements in medical big data technology will bring about a significant transformation in the clinical evaluation research paradigm of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), enabling it to shine brightly in the field of clinical research. By leveraging artificial intelligence empowered by big data platform infrastructure and supported by TCM clinical theories, TCM practitioners can achieve complex multidimensional data computation, real-world studies, rapid analysis of large datasets, and continuous follow-up across multiple data sources, thereby accelerating the modernization of TCM.

Zhang Xiaolu shared LIANREN Digital Health’s practices and explorations in the field of artificial intelligence. According to Zhang Xiaolu, to promote the effective aggregation of resources in the broader health industry, advance frontier big data technologies, and explore innovative applications and service models in clinical research, new drug development, and medical insurance, LIANREN Digital Health is actively building AI infrastructure for healthcare.
