Recently, KHN707 Tablets, a Class 1 new chemical drug applied for by Kanghong Pharmaceutical, has been granted clinical trial approval by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration, with the indication for insomnia.
 
This is an orally administered small-molecule selective orexin receptor (OX2R) antagonist independently developed by Kanghong Pharmaceutical. It has demonstrated sleep-promoting effects in various preclinical insomnia efficacy models. Notably, the clinical trials for KH607 tablets, a Class 1 new drug by Kanghong Pharmaceutical for treating depression and postpartum depression, as well as KHN702 tablets, another Class 1 new drug for acute pain treatment, are also proceeding steadily.
 
On February 14, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China announced that the Obinutuzumab β Injection, developed by Beijing Tian Guangshi, has been officially approved for marketing. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) who are positive for aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibodies.
 
On January 19, Livzon Pharmaceutical announced that the clinical trial application for its Brexpiprazole Microspheres for Injection for the treatment of schizophrenia has recently been officially accepted by the National Medical Products Administration.
