2020 China (Guangxi) Big Health Industry Summit to Open Soon

As approved by the Autonomous Region Party Committee and the People’s Government,2020China (Guangxi) Big Health Industry Summit (abbreviated asHealthPeakMeeting) Overall Plan. To ensure the orderly advancement of various preparatory tasks, this plan is hereby formulated.

This event willInvite national leaders to attend the summit; invite renowned domestic and international entrepreneurs, experts, and scholars to participate in the summit, with an entrepreneur attendance rate of70%The above; facilitate the signing of a batch of major investment projects; consolidate and stimulate new concepts, ideas, and measures for developing the big health industry; intensify publicity efforts to effectively establish our district as a premier and favorable hub for the development of the big health industry.

The summit is scheduled to be held from November 10 to 12, 2020 (a three-day event), with the main venue located at Liyuan Villa in Nanning, Guangxi. Branch venues will be established in 14 regions or cities, including Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, and Shanghai, as well as in all prefecture-level cities of the autonomous regions.

(I) The main venue will accommodate approximately 500 attendees, including: leaders of the Party and the State; approximately 10 officials from relevant departments such as the Central Committee of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as heads of the Chinese Society of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine and the China Association of Rehabilitation Aids; approximately 10 leaders from the Autonomous Region’s Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, People’s Government, and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (specific list to be submitted for approval in a separate document); 50 officials from relevant departments and bureaus of the Autonomous Region and various cities; 30 renowned experts and scholars in the domestic big health sector; and approximately 400 representatives of prominent entrepreneurs.

(2) Online sub-venues will be established in Hong Kong, Macao, Beijing, Shanghai, and other locations, where approximately 500 renowned experts, scholars, and entrepreneurial representatives from the big health sector will attend the opening ceremony on the 10th locally. Sub-venues will also be set up in all prefecture-level cities, inviting leaders from municipal party committees, governments, relevant departments, and enterprises (approximately 80 participants per sub-venue) to attend the opening ceremony on the 10th locally. Additionally, several experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs in the big health field will be invited via cloud video conferencing to participate in the meeting.

(I) Address by the Chairman or Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party;

(II) Address by the principal leaders of the Autonomous Region Party Committee;

(3) Address by the Principal Leaders of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine;

(4) Two representatives of distinguished guests will deliver speeches;

(5) Hold the signing ceremony for major projects.

10:00-12:00 Special Session on New Opportunities and Policies for the Development of Guangxi's Big Health Industry

(1) The principal leaders of the Autonomous Region Government will deliver keynote speeches (approximately 20 minutes);

(2) Seven experts, scholars, and entrepreneur representatives from the general health sector will deliver thematic speeches (10 minutes each).

14:30-16:30 2020 Haozhida Forum on the Development of the Life, Health, and Safety Industry (Venue: Grand Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, Liyuan Villa International Conference Center)

Please invite leaders from the National Development and Reform Commission, former heads of World Health Organization bodies, academicians in the life, health, and safety industries, leaders or experts from the Health Commission of the Autonomous Region, executives from Beijing Zhonghao Zhida Investment Group, and renowned entrepreneurs to engage in in-depth discussions on policies, industry standards, development trends, health management, and industrial layout within the broader health industry.

November 10 (afternoon) to November 11: Hold cloud-based negotiation meetings for investment projects in 14 cities (conducted via live streaming; each city is notified to organize and implement the meetings independently, submitting plans before the meetings and implementation reports afterward).

November 12–14: The 40th China International Rehabilitation Assistive Devices Industry Expo and the First Guangxi Longevity Industry Expo will be held in Liuzhou City. The event is jointly organized by the China Association of Rehabilitation Assistive Devices, the Chinese Gerontological Society and Geriatric Medicine Society, the Department of Civil Affairs of the Autonomous Region, and the Liuzhou Municipal People’s Government. The Liuzhou Municipal People’s Government is responsible for the specific implementation, submitting the plan prior to the event and reporting on the implementation afterward. Main activities include addresses by leaders of the Autonomous Region and distinguished guests, as well as exhibition tours. More than 200 renowned domestic and international enterprises and brands will participate.
