GenFleet Therapeutics recently announced the completion of its hundreds-of-millions-yuan Series B+ financing round, led by Northern Light Venture Capital. Participating investors included HM CAPITAL, Linden Asset Group, and Shanghai Shanjin Asset Management Co., Ltd., along with existing shareholders such as CDH Investments and Panlin Capital. Yuanxing Zhitong served as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction. As GenFleet enters a new stage of global multi-center clinical trials, the proceeds from this round will be used to accelerate the R&D and clinical trial processes of the company’s existing products, build an internationally advanced R&D system, and simultaneously initiate industrialization layouts, continuously achieving milestone breakthroughs in the development of “global-first” innovative drugs.
