He is a highly senior industry expert who has served as the director of the laboratory department and held core positions at Mindray. He also served as a director, vice president, and core technical staff member at Wuhan Yahuilong Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xia Fuzhen, from July 1992 to June 1994, served as the Project Manager of the R&D Department at Shenzhen Huayuan Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Engineering Co., Ltd. From July 1994 to October 1997, he served as the Director of the Laboratory Department at Nanshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shenzhen. From November 1997 to October 1999, he was a visiting scholar at the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University in Germany. From November 1999 to April 2004, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Medical Faculty of the University of Toronto in Canada. From October 2008 to November 2010, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Medical Faculty of the University of Hong Kong. From December 2010 to April 2014,Formerly served as a senior project manager at Mindray's Reagent R&D Center and as an academic manager in the Biochemical Immunology Product Marketing Department. From July 2015 to November 2021, served as a director and vice general manager of Yahuilong. Ceased to be a core technical personnel of the company starting from May 20, 2022.
