On January 27, 2021, Zhiyun Health signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai with Zhongmin Future Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongmin Future”) and A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “A-Living”), announcing the launch of an innovative new health community project and the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by Kuang Ming, Founder and CEO of Zhiyun Health; Wang Gonghu, Executive Director of Zhongmin Future; Luo Tao, Vice President of A-Living Public Services Company; and Fan Yinchao, Director of the Commercial Operations Department for the East China Region at A-Living.

Centered on the “YuJian Plus – Healthy Community 2030 Initiative,” this strategic partnership organically integrates the robust management and service capabilities of Zhongmin Future and Yasheng Life in the property services sector with Zhiyun Health’s long-established advantages in integrated online-offline chronic disease management, jointly creating a new model of smart medical care and elderly wellness to tangibly improve the health outcomes of community residents.
The Healthy Community 2030 Initiative builds upon existing community management and service models by integrating Zhiyun Health’s customized service products to create a closed-loop online-to-offline ecosystem. Centered on community scenarios, it establishes “at-home health devices within arm’s reach (20 cm)” and “community health kiosks accessible within 30 meters,” providing residents with comprehensive health management services that include health education, online medical consultations, chronic disease management, and general health management., truly integrating health into community life.
Industry analysts believe that, from a policy perspective, such collaboration represents a proactive response and robust exploration of the “Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline. By leveraging cloud-based community health management data platforms, the majority of residents’ health service needs can be met within their communities, effectively enhancing the diagnostic and treatment capabilities of primary care providers, thereby delivering faster and better medical coverage and medication support to community residents.
Kuang Ming, founder of Zhiyun Health, stated: “Through this collaboration, we will leverage the community health management data cloud to connect diverse scenarios across households, communities, physicians, and pharmacies,”“Make the community the third core scenario for residents’ health management, alongside hospitals and pharmacies.”
