Informed sources revealed that Earendil Labs, a biotech startup utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) for drug discovery, is considering listing in Hong Kong.

Earendil Labs, speaking on condition of anonymity due to discussions of non-public information, stated that Earendil is in talks withCICCMorgan Stanley Proceeds to Arrange Stock Offering, with Financing Scale Potentially Reaching $500 Million.

Earendil, CICC, and Morgan Stanley did not respond to requests for comment.

Earendil Labs is dedicated to biopharmaceutical R&D by integrating machine learning, generative protein engineering, and high-throughput experimental technologies. Headquartered in Delaware, USA, it is an affiliate of Beijing Huashen Zhiyao.

Earendil collaborates with companies such as Sanofi, including a partnership project on autoimmune and inflammatory diseases announced in January this year. In February, Earendil reached an agreement with WuXi XDC, which is listed in Hong Kong, on cancer therapy technology, and on March 12, it announced another collaboration with WuXi Biologics.

Insilico Medicine, which also leverages AI for drug discovery, completed a USD 337 million IPO in Hong Kong last December, becoming the largest biotech IPO in Hong Kong in 2025. The company's stock has surged over 130% since its listing. Editor/Chen Jiajing
