He expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the government officials, investors, banking institutions, and upstream and downstream partners who have consistently supported AKangHealth’s development and growth. He noted that holding the conference at the group’s headquarters made it akin to a “family reunion,” inviting friends and partners from all sectors to “come home” and jointly witness AKangHealth embarking on its renewed journey toward new horizons. Mr. Wang Lijue, Chairman of AKangHealth Group
Over the next three years, annual sales volume will maintain a 50% growth momentum. By comprehensively optimizing the three core pillars—warehousing system, supply chain system, and R&D system—we will holistically enhance our service capabilities for the grassroots medical medication market. We will strengthen technological innovation and development capabilities, continuously building the AKang Health shared empowerment platform through SaaS systems. In terms of national warehousing and logistics infrastructure, we will establish six major regional central warehouses (totaling 100,000 square meters) and 30 provincial-level shared cloud warehouses across China, continuously reducing the service radius and shortening the delivery time for grassroots patients’ medications from 48 hours to 24 hours, and ultimately to 12 hours. We will accelerate the construction of a national chronic disease customer service center, continuously improving pharmaceutical care services for chronic disease patients at the grassroots level. By exporting standardized service systems to grassroots enterprises, we will empower the industry to upgrade its operational service capabilities.
Accelerate the transformation and upgrading from "pharmaceuticals" to "medical care," from "medical care" to "patients," and from "patients" to "insurance." Based on the "One Body, Five Dimensions" digital operation system, continuously enhance new medical value and expand service connotations. Achieve the developmental progression from "Industry + CSO" to "PBM + CSO." Establish a regional healthcare ecosystem grounded in primary care, empowering and driving the upgrading and transformation of regional commerce, integrating and developing regional new retail and new medical services, with a core focus on serving grassroots populations, thereby building a billion-level primary healthcare platform. Collaborate with pharmaceutical commercial enterprises in various districts to construct over 100 regional healthcare service platforms. Comprehensively promote the enhancement of primary medical service capabilities in China by building localized, integrated healthcare service platforms. Through a regional closed-loop service model integrating "medical care, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and insurance," establish a ground-level network for one-stop medical services for grassroots residents, continuously improving the level of primary medical services and resident health management, enabling rural populations to enjoy healthy and fulfilling lives.

Ms. Liang Ying, Head of the CICC Qide Pharmaceutical Fund
Ms. Liang Ying, Head of the CICC Qide Healthcare Fund, expressed strong confidence in AKangHealth’s development potential. With a population of 1.4 billion in China, including 700 million people residing in grassroots communities, 90% of rural areas suffer from shortages of medical resources and pharmaceuticals. Grassroots medical service capacity remains weak and fails to meet the healthcare needs of local residents. Where there are people, there is demand; where there is demand, there is a market. The No. 1 Central Document of 2021 proposed comprehensively advancing rural healthcare revitalization. From both the perspective of market demand and policy support, CICC Qide places significant value on the blue-ocean market of grassroots healthcare and the substantial health needs of grassroots populations. By building a regional integrated healthcare platform driven by its “One Body, Five Dimensions” technology-enabled digital operational system, AKangHealth is undertaking a health initiative of epoch-making significance that benefits grassroots communities. CICC Qide is highly willing to partner with AKangHealth to embark on a new journey in regional comprehensive healthcare. Empowered by capital and driven by the dual engines of financial investment and digital-intelligence integration, we jointly commit to realizing the mission of “making medicines accessible to all.”
