In March 2021, YaoGeek officially acquired Fengye Zhenghong, an elderly chronic disease management institution. Relevant customer data, physician resources, and other assets were integrated into YaoGeek Technology Co., Ltd. Chairman Jia Hongxiong became a senior partner of YaoGeek, and the parties jointly invested in industrial upgrading in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, establishing “Yaokangfu Chronic Disease Management Institution,” with Mr. Jia Hongxiong serving as General Manager. Leveraging extensive experience in chronic disease management services and comprehensive hardware and software solutions, YaoGeek Technology will establish Xi’an, Shaanxi Province as its online service center for chronic disease management. By integrating hardware and software, the company aims to provide more professional condition management, medication guidance, and dietary management for chronic disease patients across China, thereby alleviating their burden.
