After overcoming numerous challenges and enduring a prolonged wait, the Digital Therapeutics Professional Committee of the China Medical Devices Industry Association is scheduled toOctober 28, 2022, 13:00–18:00Organized and Held in ShanghaiInaugural Meeting of the Digital Therapeutics Professional Committee of the China Medical Devices Industry Association & The 1st China Digital Therapeutics Product Quality and Regulatory Forum。

This forum will focus on the current global standards and regulatory policies for digital therapeutics, taking into account the actual development of domestic digital therapeutics companies, and inviteShanghai CityLeaders from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), the Yangtze River Delta Sub-center for Technical Review and Inspection of Medical Devices under the Center for Medical Device Evaluation (CMDE) of the NMPA, and the Shanghai Institute for Medical Device Testing; leaders from the China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) and representatives from its Digital Therapeutics Professional Committee; members from internationally renowned organizations such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL) in the United States and the British Standards Institution (BSI) in the United Kingdom; as well as leading domestic digital therapeutics enterprises.Joint participation.

1、Establishment of the Digital Therapeutics Professional Committee of the China Medical Device Industry Association: The Digital Therapeutics Professional Committee of the China Medical Devices Industry Association will hold its inauguration ceremony at the event. In the future, the Committee will be dedicated to promoting the development of China’s digital therapeutics industry, with a focus on standard setting, technological innovation, clinical research and testing of products, as well as regulatory and technical consultation.

2、Global Standards and Regulatory Policies for Digital Therapeutics: Invite renowned overseas organizations such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL) in the United States and the British Standards Institution (BSI) to share regulations on digital therapeutics in Europe and the United States; plan to invite the Center for Medical Device Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration to share progress in domestic regulatory research on digital therapeutics.

Transportation Requirements:A negative nucleic acid test result obtained within 48 hours is required for travel by airplane, high-speed rail, conventional train, inter-provincial long-distance bus, and inter-provincial passenger ship.
