Gloriousmed is a leading provider in China of comprehensive, whole-process management solutions for precision oncology diagnosis and treatment, and the market leader in precision testing for urological cancers. It is committed to building an integrated, closed-loop ecosystem for precision diagnosis and treatment focused on specific cancer types. Minomic is an Australian immuno-oncology company specializing in the commercialization and development of diagnostics and therapies for solid tumors, including prostate, bladder, and pancreatic cancers. Its “Cell Surface Prostate Cancer Antigen for Diagnostic Use” has received patent approval in two key global markets: the United States and China.

MiCheck® Prostate is a rapid, non-invasive, and highly specific prostate cancer detection product developed by Minomic. It demonstrates both higher sensitivity and specificity than existing PSA screening technologies. This product assists urologists in determining the necessity of needle biopsy by assessing patients’ risk of aggressive prostate cancer, thereby reducing patient discomfort.

As population aging intensifies, the incidence of prostate cancer in China continues to rise. Gloriousmed is actively expanding its multi-omics technology platform, introducing the most advanced international technologies and products to promote the development of precision diagnosis and treatment for prostate cancer in China, further facilitating early detection and intervention. The application of Micheck®Prostate in mainland China is expected to improve the early diagnosis rate for Chinese prostate cancer patients and enhance their quality of life.

Gloriousmed CEO Jin Ge stated, “We are delighted to have reached this collaboration with Minomic. Over the past five years, Gloriousmed has been dedicated to the integration of diagnosis and treatment for urological tumors. Through independent R&D and global introductions, we aim to establish comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic pathways and diagnostic sequences for urological cancers. After five years of diligent efforts, Gloriousmed has become a leader in precision diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors in China. Meanwhile, we are committed to building a more specialized product portfolio. Gloriousmed places great emphasis on brand building and fostering trust among patients. Therefore, we are highly selective when choosing partners, as our goal is to bring the world’s best products to Chinese patients. MiCheck®Prostate is a highly competitive product that delivers genuine diagnostic and therapeutic value to prostate cancer patients in China. Gloriousmed has already initiated discussions with numerous clinical experts across China and is well-prepared for future clinical trials, aiming to accelerate the localization and implementation of MiCheck® in China.”

Bradley Walsh, CEO of Minomic, stated: “Promoting MiCheck® Prostate in China has long been a strategic goal for Minomic. Through our discussions, we recognized that achieving success in the Chinese market requires partnering with an organization possessing extensive local expertise and experience. We are delighted to collaborate with Gloriousmed, a leader in precision diagnosis and treatment of urologic cancers in China. We extend our gratitude to the Gloriousmed team for making this partnership possible. We look forward to working together to further solidify Gloriousmed’s position as the leading provider of precision diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for urologic cancers in China.”

Professor Xue Wei, Vice President of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, stated that prostate cancer has now become the most common malignant tumor of the male genitourinary system in China. Due to untimely screening and diagnosis, approximately half of newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients in China are at an intermediate or advanced stage. Therefore, early screening, early diagnosis, and early treatment are key factors in improving patient survival time and quality of life. As we know, PSA testing is one of the primary methods for prostate cancer screening and diagnosis; however, its limited specificity leads some patients with elevated PSA levels to undergo unnecessary prostate biopsies. Over six years, Australia’s Minomic developed MiCheck® Prostate, a rapid, non-invasive, and highly specific blood-based test. Clinical study data show that it offers higher sensitivity and specificity than existing PSA screening technologies. By introducing this technology into China, Gloriousmed aims to improve the current landscape of early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, helping clinicians accurately identify patients who truly require biopsy, thereby effectively avoiding overdiagnosis and reducing patient trauma.
