Proximie, a global healthtech company focused on digitizing operating rooms and diagnostic suites, announces the completion of a $38 million Series B financing round. The round was led by F-Prime Capital, with participation from STOA Capital, Questa Capital, and Maverick Ventures. Existing investors Global Ventures, BECO Capital, and CMH continued their support.

With the completion of this funding round, Proximie will accelerate its expansion in the U.S. and European markets. In addition to R&D investment, a significant portion of the funds will be allocated to commercial operations, including the implementation of new technologies.
Proximie was founded in 2016 by Dr. Nadine Hachach-Haram, a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). Currently, Proximie is building a global network of operating rooms to capture, digitize, catalog, and analyze every surgical interaction. By driving the digital transformation of surgery, Proximie accelerates the dissemination and adoption of best clinical practices, thereby delivering better patient outcomes.
Over the past 12 months, Proximie has achieved rapid growth, facilitating more than 10,000 surgical interactions across 300 hospitals in over 40 countries.
