On April 23, Medlinker issued an internal letter, establishing its mission as “extending the healthy lifespan of all humanity by one year” and its core values as “innovation, scientific rigor, integrity, accountability, and prioritizing physical and mental well-being above all else.” The company reaffirmed its strategy for serious medical care, focusing on full-cycle disease management and committing to building a complete closed loop encompassing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, thereby taking genuine responsibility for patient outcomes.

An internal memo reveals that the Discipline Division is structured into three departments: Department I, Department II, and Department III. The heads of these three departments all report directly to CEO Wang Shirui. The memo also announces the appointments of a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Prior to joining Medlinker, Ms. Sun Rui, the new CFO, served as CFO at Yitu Technology and Yum China, held the position of Senior Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners, and worked for many years at multinational corporations such as Daimler-Benz and Danone. Mr. Mu Yifei, the new CSO, spent ten years at Tencent Group before joining Medlinker, where he held senior management roles including Executive Director of the Investment and M&A Department and Vice President of Tencent Cloud.

Medlinker stated that internet healthcare has entered a fast lane in the post-pandemic era. With continuous policy support and advanced technological infrastructure, Medlinker has become more resolute in its strategic direction toward serious medical care, adhering to the principle that “the essence of medicine is to extend healthy life expectancy.” Following this organizational structure optimization and upgrade, the Department of Medical Specialties will continue to drive development through discipline construction, establish multiple disease management centers, standardize and optimize online disease management processes, empower physicians, and serve patients.

As early as 2018, Medlinker established its Department of Infectious Diseases and simultaneously launched a self-developed hepatitis C patient management system. To date, Medlinker has covered multiple disease specialties, including oncology, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, infectious diseases, gynecology, and mental health. It has also initiated several expert consensus projects on internet-based chronic disease management, covering areas such as nephrology, oncology, and diabetes. In 2020, the company’s chronic disease management system and scientific research data system obtained ISO 9001 international quality management system certification.
