Health Management Innovation Forum at the 5th Future Healthcare 100 Conference: Driving Forward Health Service Development

On the morning of April 18, 2021, the Health Management Innovation Forum, part of the 5th Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference held in Wujiang, Jiangsu, convened to explore the new ecosystem and upgraded landscape of the health management industry. Participants discussed how to drive deeper progress in the sector and examined how it can achieve more stable and rapid growth under the direct impetus of new technologies, new concepts, and new policies.

The forum was moderated by Yu Jurong, CFO and Board Secretary of Yibao Health and Partner at Heju Yinuo Grand Health Industry Fund. She proposed that to address this trend, Smart Healthcare has developed its own business model: innovative, scalable solutions that generate powerful network ecosystem effects.

Li Qi, Deputy General Manager of Pacific Health Management Co., Ltd., started from the value creation of services, listed several related cases, and focused on introducing the innovative practices made by Pacific Health in the exploration of the "health services + insurance" model.

Wang Xu, Deputy General Manager of iKang Group and Deputy General Manager of Operations at Daoyitong Internet Hospital, stated that the future of the algorithm-driven healthcare era has arrived, with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and genetic testing jointly leading a new revolution in medical and health services. She also introduced the comprehensive integration of the iKang·Daoyitong product, highlighting its application across personal, family, and workplace scenarios through dual online-offline channels within and outside hospitals.

Cao Xueli, CEO of Shangyi Renjia, stated that data must be activated to accelerate the inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and expand the scope of TCM services. She also mentioned that Shangyi Renjia aims to empower a new TCM ecosystem through big data.

Ma Ji, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Yilianjia Platform, began by discussing the background of national policies, the healthy population market, and the development of internet healthcare. He focused on introducing Yilianjia’s explorations in home-based intelligent health management, highlighting the advantages of its health management system based on televisions and wearable devices.

Yao Ya, founder of Huichang Cloud Medical, introduced the intelligent and precise advantages of its product, Huihuxi, in the management of chronic respiratory diseases, covering aspects such as industry background and innovative thinking, service scenarios, products and services, operations, implementation plans, and revenue models.

They then discussed the explorations undertaken by their respective companies to establish unique brand identities, highlighting the opportunities and challenges encountered. Finally, they offered their outlook on the health management industry over the next decade, focusing on how to serve users more effectively.
