By capturing images of the user’s face and tongue via mobile devices such as smartphones, supplemented with diagnostic inquiries, the system integrates these images with consultation results. After processing through an AI-based “identification” module, it generates a health examination report detailing the user’s Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health status (syndrome pattern) and Health Balance Index. The system also provides a personalized TCM syndrome-differentiated health regulation plan to facilitate targeted body conditioning for the user.

In terms of its business model, Quanmai Health provides intelligent TCM health assessments and report interpretation for C-end users, along with follow-up supply chain services. Co-founder Guan Yucui earned her Ph.D. from Zhejiang University and subsequently pursued advanced studies at the A*STAR Institute in Singapore. Upon returning to China, she served as Investment Team Lead at the Zhejiang University Innovation Technology Research Institute and later as Investment Director in the Investment Department of WeDoctor Group. She brings extensive experience in the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements as well as angel investing. Leveraging her years of professional engagement in the healthcare sector, Ms. Guan possesses profound understanding and industry insights into the medical, health, and insurance sectors.
Currently, Quanmai Technology has established a core team spanning from R&D to product marketing, with its AI technology team accounting for half of the workforce and maintaining in-depth collaboration with Zhejiang University.
