About Bevacizumab Injection

Bevacizumab Injection is a recombinant humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). By binding to VEGF-A, it inhibits its interaction with vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2), thereby blocking the biological effects of VEGF, including modulation of vascular permeability, proliferation, and endothelial cell migration and survival. This results in sustained inhibition of tumor angiogenesis, growth, and metastasis.
