Today, Beijing Qichensheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qichensheng”), an innovative mRNA biopharmaceutical company, announced the completion of its Pre-A+ financing round, amounting to hundreds of millions of RMB.

This financing round was led byCICC Qide Innovative Biopharmaceutical Equity Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "CICC Qide"), under CICC Capital, led the investment, with existing shareholder Sunshine Ronghui Capital continuing its investment.。

This round of financing will support the Phase I clinical trials, scheduled to commence this year, of Qichensheng’s independently developed mRNA vaccine. As an innovatively designed, industrially manufactured mRNA nucleic acid therapeutic, the product is poised to rapidly capture the domestic market upon commercialization, address unmet clinical needs, and demonstrate strong global competitiveness.
