Dr. Kang Kerén, Senior Engineer and current Senior Vice President of Wondfo Biotech Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou). She also serves as an Industry Mentor at Southern University of Science and Technology, a Visiting Professor at Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College, Vice President of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the China Association of Medical Equipment, Deputy Director of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society of Geriatric Health Care and Medicine, and Standing Committee Member of the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) Branch of the China Medical Devices Industry Association, among other roles. She was awarded the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2017, the Second Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018, and the Third Prize of the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014. In recent years, she has led or participated in more than 30 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, published over 20 papers in SCI-indexed journals and core Chinese journals, obtained four authorized patents, and contributed to the compilation of multiple industry textbooks and monographs.
