The dining area is located in Zone B2 of the Hongdao International Conference and Exhibition Center. According to the 《Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Meetings and Activities in Shandong Province During the Period of Normalized COVID-19 Prevention and Control》Regarding the protection requirements for the convention and exhibition center, all attending guests are requested to comply with the following regulations:

1. All individuals entering the venue must scan a QR code for registration.

2.and present the health code/Access is granted only with a green health code based on big data from telecommunications providers; holders of yellow or red codes are denied entry.

3.All individuals entering the venue must wear masks correctly and have a normal body temperature. Body temperature≥37.3℃: Entry Prohibited

4. Individuals in the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the event: confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic carriers, and close contacts who are still under quarantine and observation; those with unresolved symptoms such as fever and cough within the past 14 days; and those who have not ruled out infectious diseases or are experiencing physical discomfort. In principle, individuals in the following circumstances are not allowed to participate in the event; however, those who must attend shall undergo nucleic acid testing and may only participate upon presenting a valid negative nucleic acid test result issued within the past 48 hours: individuals from the Nanjing area; those with a history of travel to or contact with key domestic epidemic areas within the past 14 days; residents of communities where outbreaks have occurred within the past 21 days; and individuals with a history of overseas travel within the past 21 days, who shall comply with the epidemic prevention and control policies for inbound travelers.

5. All exhibitors must wear masks correctly at all times while inside the venue. Eating and drinking are permitted only in designated dining areas. Exhibitors shall conduct publicity efforts to ensure their staff cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures, and shall carry out routine disinfection and implement personal protective measures for personnel at their booths.

6. If exhibitors develop fever or dry cough after the venue closes, and are diagnosed by hospitals as suspected, confirmed, or asymptomatic cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia, they must promptly inform the organizer to facilitate early contact tracing by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
