This initiative aims to build a TCM medical consortium service system, facilitate Jiangxi’s establishment of a National Pilot Zone for Comprehensive TCM Reform, and create a “Jiangxi Model” for the revitalization and development of TCM.
By leveraging systems such as the TCM Constitution Identification System and the Preventive Treatment of Disease System, comprehensive assessments integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medicine are conducted for residents to establish health “profiles,” thereby providing them with personalized healthcare maintenance services. To address the current weakness in primary-level TCM service capacity, the “Xuanhutai” TCM Intelligent Auxiliary Diagnosis and Treatment System helps primary-care TCM practitioners “accurately perform syndrome differentiation and confidently prescribe formulas.” Currently, this system has been integrated into nearly 2,000 medical institutions, with a cumulative prescription volume exceeding 5.6 million. Additionally, TCM Cloud Mobile Clinics have been developed to deliver high-quality TCM services directly to residents’ doorsteps. Leveraging big data analytics for specialized diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, thyroid diseases, cholelithiasis, and liver diseases, the platform “replicates” the wisdom of numerous renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners, achieving intelligent, disease-specific treatment. For instance, by analyzing over 40 years of clinical diagnostic and therapeutic experience in thyroid diseases by Usrielt, a modern Mongolian medicine expert, the platform developed the “Mongolian Medicine Intelligent Expert System for Thyroid Diseases.” This system is capable of intelligently diagnosing 49 types of thyroid disorders and covers more than 80 standardized treatment prescriptions, with big data analysis indicating a treatment efficacy rate exceeding 90%.
