Sino Biopharmaceutical Completes Acquisition of 100% Equity in Herjea

Sino Biopharm APP, China Bio-pharmaceutical (01177) announced that it has issued an announcement regarding the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Hygieia (involving the issuance of consideration shares under general mandate). The Board is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent under the sale and purchase agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion took place on March 30, 2026. After the completion, Hygieia has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Hygieia’s financial results will be consolidated into the Group’s financial statements.
