On August 27, 2021, Shenzhen Sandairen Technology Co., Ltd. held a conference in Chengdu, Sichuan, on building"Vaccination + Internet"New Ecosystem Launch Event, Announcing the Official Listing and Establishment of “"Chinese Preventive Medicine Association Health Science Popularization Base". Meanwhile, San Dai Ren Technology and Shenzhen Health Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. jointly launched China's firstVaccine Museum, also announced its official launch, helping to create a new model for health science popularization in the industry.
Health science popularization initiatives are a crucial measure for implementing the “Healthy China 2030” Plan. In the era of “Internet Plus,” the public has unprecedented access to diverse channels and rich content for acquiring knowledge; however, the quality of vaccine-related information online varies significantly, making it difficult for the public to distinguish accurate information from misinformation. Under these new circumstances, it is imperative to collaborate with professional institutions and experts to carry out health education.
At the press conference, Liang Xiaofeng, Vice President of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, read aloud the “Letter on Approving Shenzhen Sandairen Technology Co., Ltd. as a Health Science Popularization Base of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association” on behalf of the Association. Zhang Lingli, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, presented the plaque of “Health Science Popularization Base of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association” to Li Li, Assistant to the Chairman and Deputy General Manager of Sandairen Technology.

In her address, Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Lingli emphasized that health science popularization is one of the Society’s most important and core professional activities. Seizing the opportunity presented by the implementation of the “Healthy China Action,” the Society has actively engaged in exploratory practices to establish a distinctive brand for health science communication. Notably, the joint development of health science popularization bases represents one of the Society’s concrete measures to advance the construction of a Healthy China and respond to public expectations. The Society has consistently adhered to and implemented the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China regarding the “comprehensive promotion of Healthy China construction,” integrating more social resources to continuously enhance public awareness of vaccination and support the healthy development of China’s vaccination endeavors.

As the first science popularization base with new media and internet characteristics under the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Sandairen Technology has been committed to the dissemination of health education. By leveraging the synergistic effects of its two major platforms, “Xiao Dou Miao” and “Listen to the Experts,” in science communication on vaccination, it has established a closed-loop science popularization chain covering disease control professionals, immunization program workers, and parents of children. Relying on the advantages of the internet to innovate science communication formats, it breaks through the bottlenecks of traditional methods, promotes the resolution of imbalances in science popularization development, and enables the public to access authoritative scientific information more conveniently.
Prevention is the most cost-effective and efficient health strategy, and health science popularization serves as a typical and effective preventive intervention. Over seven years of operation, the Xiao Dou Miao app and its WeChat official account have published more than 7,700 science popularization articles, accumulating over 380 million views and attracting more than 35 million users. Through precise online science education, we continue to enhance public awareness and understanding of vaccination.
In terms of professional education, "Listen to the Experts," a joint initiative by the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and Sandairen Technology, has provided continuing education and support to 430,000 immunization program workers through organizing industry academic conferences, conducting online training, and providing knowledge bases. In May 2021, as a supporting organization, "Listen to the Experts" leveraged its platform advantages to support the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association in hosting the First National Science Popularization Competition on Vaccination, thereby providing strong support for vaccination personnel to enhance their science communication literacy and skills.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Xiao Dou Miao and “Listen to the Experts” launched specialized science communication initiatives focused on COVID-19 prevention and control as well as COVID-19 vaccination. Xiao Dou Miao also collaborated with Sina Parenting to introduce the educational series “All About Vaccines,” inviting experts from centers for disease control and pediatric clinical specialists to provide scientific explanations. Currently, this program is being broadcast free of charge in observation rooms at vaccination clinics across China.
Amidst the overarching trend of deep integration between “Internet Plus” and science popularization, Sandairen Technology will assume greater social responsibility, continuously explore new models and approaches for health education, and contribute its strength to the Healthy China initiative.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, health science popularization has played a pivotal role in responding to major public health emergencies and in the prevention and control of serious infectious diseases. Effective science communication can guide the entire society to consciously adopt preventive measures. Furthermore, socioeconomic development and consumption upgrades have generated new public expectations for vaccine-related science education.
In the era of “Internet Plus,” online information about vaccines is of uneven quality, which can negatively impact public health literacy. As the first science popularization base with new media and internet features under the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Sandairen Technology aims to integrate professional resources and expertise from the industry. By creating an online museum, it seeks to establish a new pathway for health education, injecting new energy and vitality into the industry’s development.
Launch Ceremony for the Online Debut of the Vaccine Museum
Distinct from traditional offline exhibitions and guided tours, this museum adopts a format combining an online exhibition hall with VR technology. By leveraging 720° panoramic views and three-dimensional digitalization, it constructs a virtual experiential environment. Through advanced methods such as voice-guided narration, high-definition video, and VR, the museum integrates technology with humanities, enabling broader and more effective dissemination of scientific knowledge to the public.
The public can access the museum through “Xiao Dou Miao” and “Listen to the Experts,” platforms under San Dai Ren Technology, as well as “Yue Miao,” a platform under Health Zhixing. Users can also invite family and friends to view the exhibition together by sharing links.
It is understood that the Vaccine Museum primarily consists of three major sections: the "History and Humanities Hall," the "Popular Science Graphics and Text Hall," and the "Future Exploration Hall." These sections respectively introduce prominent historical figures in the vaccination industry, provide popular science education on viruses and vaccines, and explore future new technologies. Notably, the public health history section has been specially reviewed and edited by authoritative experts in the field to ensure the content's authority and scientific accuracy. For the viral and vaccine popular science section, well-known domestic vaccine enterprises have been invited to provide exhibition materials, making the content more detailed and comprehensive.
In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Vaccine Museum has curated its first special exhibition titled “Moments in the History of Vaccination in China Over the Past Century,” inviting Zhao Kai, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Liang Xiaofeng, Vice President of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and Professor at Jinan University, to review major historical events.
Special Exhibition: The Vaccine Museum
According to reports, the Vaccine Museum represents an exploration and innovation in science popularization models by Sandai Ren Technology. In its subsequent operational plans, the museum will adopt a co-creation model for the first time to gradually open up the operation of its online platform. This initiative aims to develop high-quality products and provide operational tools to empower partners across the upstream and downstream of the industry to jointly create content. Meanwhile, the museum plans to invite enterprises from the vaccine industry to establish their presence in the future. By creating themed exhibition halls, the Vaccine Museum will serve as a long-term window for corporate brand display.
Since its establishment, Three Generations Tech has been committed to building a “vaccination + internet” management and service platform. By connecting multiple stakeholders—including parents, physicians, clinics, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCs)—the company aims to promote equitable, inclusive, and convenient vaccination services across the industry. In the future, the Vaccine Museum will also focus on creating new models for science communication within the industry, leveraging internet and digital technologies to disseminate knowledge about vaccination and support the Healthy China initiative.
