Yingzi Medical Acquires Controlling Stake in Zhongshang Medical to Accelerate Strategic Expansion in Women's Health

In the crisp autumn air of October, the investment and holding signing ceremony between Yingzi Medical Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (“Yingzi Medical”) and Zhongshang Medical Instruments (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“Zhongshang Medical”) was successfully held at Zhongshang Medical’s Shenzhen headquarters in October 2021, with Yingzi Medical becoming the controlling shareholder of Zhongshang Medical. Mr. Lou Ting, Chairman of Yingzi Medical; Mr. Xia Chen, Executive Director of Yingzi Medical; Mr. Shen Yu, Chairman of Zhongshang Medical; Mr. Tu Dunqun, General Manager of Zhongshang Medical; as well as senior management teams from both parties attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

We have personally witnessed the innovative application in China of technologies ranging from visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA) and Pap smears to liquid-based cytology, HPV screening, and AI-assisted colposcopy.
