About RNA Accelerator
RNA Accelerator provides seed funding, laboratory and office space, and business mentoring to early-stage biopharmaceutical startups. It operates facilities in San Francisco, USA, as well as in Shanghai and Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, China. Founded by a team of experienced biopharmaceutical investors, entrepreneurs, and physician-scientists, RNA Accelerator is dedicated to supporting startups that offer innovative technologies and solutions in the healthcare or life sciences sectors. Much like the function of ribonucleic acid (RNA), RNA Accelerator serves both as a carrier of information and resources and as a catalyst for accelerating innovation and growth.
The RNA Accelerator comprises seed funding, startup acceleration programs, incubation spaces and services, and the RNA community.

RNA Seed Fund
Startups selected for the RNA Accelerator can receive support from the RNA Seed Fund to achieve growth from zero to one. We primarily seek teams dedicated to solving existing problems and driven by strong internal motivation; we are particularly interested in startups that leverage innovative technologies to address critical challenges in life sciences and healthcare. These startups include, but are not limited to, those in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, innovative diagnostics, medical devices, AI-driven drug discovery, digital diagnosis and treatment, clinical trial technologies, and healthcare services.
Startup Accelerator Program
We offer a tailored 6–8-week startup accelerator program designed to help entrepreneurs rapidly master the fundamentals of launching ventures in the healthcare industry. Our founding and mentorship teams comprise renowned experts from the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Beyond introducing startup teams to investors and strategic partners, we provide guidance on effective investor communication and on building and sustaining long-term strategic partnerships.
RNA Community
Teams selected for the accelerator will enjoy long-term benefits from the RNA community network. This community comprises not only entrepreneurs accepted into the RNA Accelerator but also prominent investors, seasoned entrepreneurs, executives from Fortune 500 biomedical companies, and scientists from universities and research institutions worldwide. We believe that as startups continue to innovate and achieve technological breakthroughs, these connections will deliver immense value to the founding teams.
Incubation Space and Services
We maintain co-working spaces in San Francisco, USA, and in Shanghai and Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, China. We will also work closely with startup teams to identify their needs and provide various resources to meet them. For example, we can help startups recruit their first employees, handle intellectual property and other legal matters, and assist with the launch process and necessary paperwork as needed.
