【Pharmaceutical Network - Industry Dynamics] Since 2026, alongside the frequent occurrence of global collaborations in the healthcare sector, cooperation models have evolved from simple product transactions into comprehensive, multi-dimensional deep integration spanning the entire value chain—including R&D, commercialization, payment, and services. For instance, in early June alone, three major healthcare partnerships were finalized, involving systematic integration of “technology platforms + data ecosystems + service systems.”

Recently, Neusoft Medical and RaysightMed officially established a deep strategic partnership in Shanghai. It is reported that RaysightMed is a leading enterprise in cardiovascular functional diagnostics, dedicated to providing AI-assisted cardiovascular and cerebrovascular surgical solutions for clinical practice.RobotPrecision Diagnosis and Treatment Platform. Through this collaboration, the two parties will achieve deep integration of DSA imaging equipment, AI diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms, and intelligent interventional devices, thereby constructing a closed-loop solution covering the entire process of “preoperative planning–intraoperative assistance–postoperative follow-up,” and truly implementing the clinical application of fully domestic catheterization laboratories across all scenarios.

Notably, in addition to this collaboration, Neusoft Medical formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MedBot in March this year. The two parties will focus on deep synergy in three major areas: product promotion, technological R&D, and clinical research, jointly creating an integrated “imaging + navigation + intervention” full-chain solution. Through collaborative innovation, they aim to drive the intelligent and precise upgrading of high-end medical equipment manufactured in China.

June 10 News: QingSong Health and Basel Medical Group Ltd Announce Signing of Strategic Cooperation Memorandum. Public information shows that QingSong Health is a digital health technology enterprise listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It has long been committed to building a comprehensive digital health service system covering health management, medical services, insurance protection, and other aspects, focusing on users' full lifecycle health needs. Basel Medical Group is a healthcare services group headquartered in Singapore, primarily providing medical services such as orthopedics, trauma care, sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, and neurosurgical treatment.

The two parties plan to collaborate by leveraging QingSong Health’s AIcare technology stack and its evidence-based medical AI agent, the “Zheng Yuanfang·MedClaw Collaborative,” in combination with Basel Medical Group’s specialized medical service scenarios and corporate client network in Singapore and the Southeast Asian market. The collaboration will focus on exploring opportunities in AI-driven healthcare service upgrades, empowerment of the insurance value chain, and cross-border medical services.

On June 8, KingMed Diagnostics announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with United Family Healthcare in Shanghai. It is reported that United Family Healthcare possesses an international clinical team and a network of chain institutions, while KingMed Diagnostics has established a nationwide laboratory network and a “medical testing + AI” digital intelligence platform, offering 4,300 test items and serving over 23,000 medical institutions annually.

Through this collaboration, both parties will fully leverage their respective core strengths in high-end clinical services and precision diagnostics. Focusing on three key areas—the International Oncology Center (IOC), premium health management, and brain health—they will jointly create a new model of synergistic development centered on “high-end clinical care + smart precision diagnostics,” thereby building an integrated healthcare service system that covers the entire lifecycle.

Notably, in all three collaborations mentioned above, AI has served as the core engine. Industry experts believe that this signifies that, against the backdrop of integration within the healthcare industry, those who can break down data silos and deeply embed AI into diagnostic and treatment processes will gain a competitive advantage.
