Recently, OneSong announced the official launch of its standardized “Family Medicine+” full-lifecycle health management service system at the Beijing Quanjing Dekang Clinic, marked by an unveiling ceremony.
Among them, Dean Duan Liping of the International Institute for Global Health at Peking University Health Science Center; Mr. Men Shaohua, Administrative Director of the Institutional Partnerships Department at Mayo Clinic; numerous experts from the Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic; Mr. Matthew Bernard, Medical Director of MCCN; Dr. Shen Yiyang, Deputy Director of the International Department of Haikou People’s Hospital; and Mr. Yutaka Shoda, Director of the China-Japan Medical Exchange Association, along with many other domestic and international experts, extended their congratulations on the inaugural launch and operation of the OneSong standardized service system.
It is understood that Hainan OneSong Chengmei Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “OneSong”) was jointly established by Qiwasong (Hainan) Health Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Hainan First Chengmei Medical Industry Group Company, with a focus on investment, construction, and operation in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Dong Qianwen, Co-founder and CEO of OneSong, stated, “At this stage, there is a relative lack of awareness regarding disease prevention in China, with a predominant focus on treating diseases that have already occurred. However, the best approach to addressing disease is not to treat existing conditions but to prevent them before they arise: by proactively managing health through measures such as physical conditioning, disease prevention, and postoperative rehabilitation, we can eliminate disease risks in advance. This is the optimal solution for tackling disease and represents the true value of health management.”
In response to the widespread philosophy of treating established diseases,OneSong aims to advocate the concept of “preventive treatment of disease” by introducing Mayo Clinic’s knowledge system and clinical standards, encouraging more people to proactively pursue, engage in, and manage their health. Therefore, since February 2019, OneSong has been receiving technical advisory services from the Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic to develop training programs aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of family physicians in China.
It is understood that the Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic provides comprehensive medical assessments and primary care services to residents by forming multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Their medical teams serve individuals of all age groups, including those who are healthy, in a suboptimal health state, or living with chronic diseases.
However, there are significant differences between the United States and China in health management, such as an imperfect insurance payment system, low willingness of residents to pay, and weak awareness of health management.
To better introduce the Mayo Clinic knowledge system to China and serve domestic users, OneSong entered into a deep collaboration with Peking University Health Science Center in October 2019 to jointly establish the International Institute for Big Health at Peking University Health Science Center. With the support of this institute, advanced international concepts from institutions such as Mayo Clinic have been introduced to develop an innovative service and evaluation framework aligned with Chinese medical standards—“Family Medicine+” Standardized Innovative Service System for Full Life-Cycle Health ManagementMeanwhile, it has collaborated extensively with local health commissions and insurance institutions to conduct training programs aimed at enhancing health management skills, thereby promoting the dissemination, adoption, and application of the standardized innovative service system for “Family Medicine+” full-lifecycle health management.
According to the introduction, the “Family Medicine+” standardized service system for full-lifecycle health management is built upon Mayo Clinic’s technical specifications, evaluation methodologies, and product philosophy. With family medicine as its disciplinary foundation, it integrates medical technologies such as functional medicine, specialty care, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence. Led by family physicians and supported by a multidisciplinary team comprising specialists, health managers, and expert consultants, the system provides clients with continuous care and medical services.
Furthermore, OneSong disseminates, promotes, and implements the “Family Medicine+” standardized service system by training family physicians. Specifically, leveraging the standardized service framework, evaluation system, and clinical guidelines developed under the auspices of the Institute for Big Health as top-tier standards, OneSong trains family physicians, specialists, and other medical technical personnel to localize the Mayo Clinic knowledge system.
In terms of market strategy, OneSong targets high-net-worth individuals through channels such as insurance companies and banks, conducting targeted health education to promote the concepts of preventive care and full-lifecycle health management. Meanwhile, through these educational initiatives, OneSong enables high-net-worth individuals to understand, recognize, and choose its standardized “Family Doctor+” full-lifecycle health management services.
Currently, OneSong primarily provides full-lifecycle health management services, encompassing comprehensive offerings such as health management, disease management, sub-health management, family health management, out-of-hospital cardiovascular care, out-of-hospital oncology care, specialized medical services, green channel access, second medical opinions, and diagnostic report interpretation.
These comprehensive services are all based on its standardized innovative service system for full-lifecycle health management. On one hand, with the support of the International Institute of Big Health at Peking University Health Science Center, OneSong develops products, establishes clinical service standards for family physicians and disease-specific management protocols, and trains licensed professionals. As the exclusive authorized entity for the translational application of the Institute’s R&D achievements, it also introduces higher-skilled physicians and medical technologists.
On the other hand, OneSong integrates resources from physician groups, specialized medical services, and international healthcare to provide clients with “Family Doctor Plus” full-lifecycle medical services, centered on family physicians and supported by specialists and international experts.

Dr. Wu Xiaoyi, Chief Medical Officer of OneSong, stated: “The ‘full life cycle’ encompasses various health states, including health, sub-health, pre-disease conditions, disease, and prognostic rehabilitation. OneSong provides differentiated health management solutions tailored to each of these health states. Furthermore, OneSong offers distinct interventions for specific symptoms, such as sleep disorders and stress-related issues. In summary, by integrating family medicine with specialized disciplines—including preventive medicine, functional medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), nutrition, and exercise psychology—OneSong delivers personalized and precision medical services to its users.”
OneSong’s “Family Doctor+” full-lifecycle health management service also features four key characteristics:
First, OneSong adopts a “patient-centered” service philosophy. Family physicians listen to clients’ questions and concerns—including those related to medical care, nutrition, and medications—to address health-related issues and earn clients’ trust.
Second, OneSong’s “Family Medicine+” standardized innovative service system for full-lifecycle health management integrates with the commercial insurance payment framework. By collaborating with insurance institutions to co-create and develop service products that incorporate commercial health insurance, it aims to facilitate the upgrading and transformation of China’s health management payment system.
Third, OneSong formulates optimal health and medical plans and service solutions based on clients’ health conditions. It provides daily medical management for routine care, chronic diseases, and specialized conditions, and helps clients coordinate and access specialist consultations and specialized medical services according to their individual needs, ensuring they receive appropriate medical care through the most effective solutions.
Fourth, OneSong integrates specialized medicine, functional medicine, and other medical technologies and approaches. Through its online and offline healthcare service platforms, it enriches the connotation of health maintenance and health promotion services for individuals in a sub-disease state within the health management process, thereby enhancing clients’ intrinsic vitality and overall health levels.
In terms of its business model, OneSong is customer-centric, focuses on value-based healthcare, and relies on commercial insurance payments. Specifically, users purchase commercial health insurance to obtain coverage; insurers then purchase full-lifecycle health management services for their clients to reduce disease incidence and mitigate medical risks, thereby lowering claim rates. OneSong provides health management services to ensure clients’ physical well-being, ultimately achieving a “win-win-win” outcome for all three parties.

In fact, OneSong has long been exploring collaborations with insurance companies. In December 2019, OneSong engaged in discussions with multiple insurance enterprises to develop an innovative health management service model based on commercial insurance payment mechanisms. In October 2020, OneSong was recognized as the “Best Industrial Ecosystem Partner of the 2020 Insurance and Health Care Alliance.” Meanwhile, OneSong has reached consensus with major insurance companies to comprehensively implement its standardized, innovative service system for full-lifecycle health management under the “Family Medicine Plus” framework.
In the future, OneSong will establish family medical centers and health promotion centers in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou, forming a chain-based service system while migrating medical services online to meet the needs of more users. Additionally, OneSong will integrate more medical resources into its “family doctor plus” model for full-lifecycle health management. Finally, OneSong will collaborate with insurance companies to innovatively develop insurance products tailored for individuals engaged in health management.
