Policy Support: The government actively provides guidance and has introduced multiple key policies to proactively support industrial development.Since its inception, the industrial park has implemented a series of supportive policies, including tax incentives, talent programs, and platform-based rewards. Regarding startup funding, grants of RMB 1 million or RMB 2 million are provided, with an initial disbursement of no less than RMB 300,000. In terms of premises and accommodation, startups receive rent-free office and residential spaces of no less than 100 square meters for the first two years. The industrial park is located at the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta region, constituting a key area where the lakeside development belt, the Shanghai–Nanjing development belt, and the Yangtze River development belt converge, making it an important “node” in the modern logistics network.
