Recently, Xbiome and Shenzhen An Ci Chang Mei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "An Ci Chang Mei") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, establishing an in-depth strategic partnership in the field of gut microbiome health. This marks the first case in China that systematically integrates scientifically evidence-based, precise and personalized FMT (fecal microbiota transplantation) with the intestinal health concept of Tibetan medicine, setting a new milestone in the health industry.
According to the cooperation agreement, the collaboration between the two parties includes introducing Xbiome's FMT precision treatment solution for gut microbiota into AnCiChangMei's Greater Bay Area store service network. They will also integrate Xbiome’s new FMT product portfolio with AnCiChangMei's "One Clearing, Two Regulating, Three Supplementing, Four Nourishing" Oriental Tibetan wellness system to create an innovative health solution that combines "Tibetan Medicine Wisdom + AI Microbiome Technology."
The two parties will establish a standardized fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) service system at the terminal, relying on Xbiome's standard FMT, precision FMT, and super FMT products. They will jointly develop personalized microbiome intervention solutions targeting sub-health, weight management, anti-aging, emotional management, and chronic disease regulation, while innovating in the field that combines Tibetan intestinal hydrotherapy SPA with FMT technology.
Within the next 12 months, the two parties will complete the construction of FMT service centers in the first batch of 6-10 core stores, covering key cities in the Greater Bay Area such as Shenzhen and Zhuhai. Within the next three years, they will expand the cooperation network to more than 50 stores, with an expected service population of over 10,000 people, establishing the most influential FMT precision gut microbiome health management service network in the Greater Bay Area.
