On November 18, 2021, the DXY·Dingxiang Doctor Ecosystem Partner Conference was held in Shanghai.

At the conference, DXY officially announced that its digital marketing services for enterprise clients would henceforth operate under an independent brand named “dmc” (DXY Marketing Center), with the nickname “Damai Cha.” This move signals DXY’s strengthened commitment to integrating its resources and establishing deeper service connections with B2B enterprises. The Partner Conference brought together more than 1,000 industry professionals from the healthcare sector to engage in in-depth discussions and jointly explore ways to foster industry cohesion and co-create an industrial ecosystem.

The conference also announced that the DXY Vaccine Service Platform has officially launched on the Dingxiang Doctor App, and will join hands with 1,000 partner vaccination institutions to provide users with a more comprehensive health service experience in the future.

"Half Your Life" in the Hands of Partners: Joining Forces with Professional Strength to Build an Ecosystem

The healthcare industry chain is characterized by technological complexity, high professional barriers, and diverse, multifaceted demands. No single enterprise can independently achieve a complete service closed loop; therefore, greater collaboration among upstream and downstream partners is essential to build an ecosystem that drives the industry’s faster and more robust development.

In recent years, as an industrial internet enterprise with over 20 years of industry experience, DXY has consistently adhered to its dual-core corporate strategy focused on serving both healthcare professionals and the general public. The key to serving the D-side (doctors) and the C-side (consumers) lies in leveraging upstream professional expertise to better serve downstream users, thereby building an ecosystem that brings together professional partners to jointly serve both doctors and consumers.

Dingxiang Yuan defines its mission as “Harnessing Professional Expertise to Build Trusted Products,” where “Professional Expertise” encompasses not only medical professionals such as physicians and specialists, but also B-side partners—including enterprises and institutions—with specialized capabilities.

Guided by this philosophy, DXY held its inaugural Ecosystem Partner Conference, inviting over 1,000 professionals from biopharmaceutical companies, consumer goods enterprises, healthcare institutions, consulting and research firms, and marketing platforms to jointly explore pathways for collaborative ecosystem development.

Establish “Damai Tea” to integrate Dingxiang’s resources and empower B-side partners

Amid the recent surge in digital pharmaceutical marketing and heightened public health awareness, pharmaceutical companies have begun to strengthen their digital marketing strategies, while an increasing number of consumer brands are prioritizing the exploration and cultivation of their products’ health value. DXY, which has cultivated deep expertise in the healthcare sector for many years and wields significant influence, has simultaneously become a preferred partner for both pharmaceutical enterprises and mass-market consumer brands, thereby driving rapid growth in its digital marketing business.

Against this backdrop, DXY announced at the conference that its B2B digital marketing services would henceforth operate under an independent brand named dmc (DXY Marketing Center), nicknamed “Damai Cha” (Barley Tea). Moving forward, DXY’s digital marketing arm will engage with partners under this new identity. This move also sends a clear signal: after piloting its B2B initiatives, DXY is committed to allocating greater resources and collaborating more closely with partners to better serve both the C-end (general public) and the D-end (physicians).

According to reports, as the brand marketing agency under the DXY Group, “Damai Cha” will integrate superior resources to co-create, co-build, and co-exist with partners across various industries. On one hand, it provides professional digital solutions—including IP services, content services, channel services, and data tool services—to healthcare enterprises and mass consumer goods companies, thereby empowering industrial development. On the other hand, leveraging its B-side capabilities, it helps consumers identify high-quality health brands and products, fosters a healthy consumption environment, further promotes the principle of “good money driving out bad,” and supports the prosperity of the supply side of health consumption. For physician users, through collaboration with industry partners in pharmaceuticals, medical services, medical devices, and scientific research, it offers targeted solutions tailored to physicians at different career stages. Meanwhile, by integrating mass-market resources and building upon physician education, it helps enhance their comprehensive influence within both the industry and the public sphere, thereby better supporting the professional growth of Chinese physicians.

Dingxiangyuan’s Vaccine Service Platform Launches on the Dingxiang Doctor App with 1,000 Partner Institutions

At the conference, DXY also announced a major business adjustment to its partners: starting in November, the DXY Vaccine Service Platform has been officially integrated into the “Dingxiang Doctor” App, providing direct vaccine appointment services to users. Through the Dingxiang Doctor App, users can access end-to-end services, ranging from vaccine education and online consultations to vaccine appointments and on-site vaccination.

In November last year, DXY officially announced that renowned domestic and international vaccine manufacturers—including Merck & Co., GSK, Sinovac Biotech, and Hualan Biological Engineering—had joined forces with DXY Doctor and the DXY Clinic Development Alliance to co-build a vaccine service platform. This initiative establishes an integrated online-to-offline channel for non-EPI (Expanded Program on Immunization) vaccines, while providing the public with authoritative vaccine education, vaccination appointment scheduling, and management of post-vaccination adverse reactions. This marks the official launch of the DXY Vaccine Service Platform, the first such platform directly co-developed by key stakeholders across the vaccine industry chain, including vaccine manufacturers and clinic vaccination sites.

Over the past year, DXY’s Vaccine Service Platform has experienced rapid business growth. Expanding from an initial network of 100 clinics across 18 cities to a nationwide footprint, the platform now connects 1,000 vaccination sites in 200 cities. It has cumulatively served 1 million individuals, with daily orders for shingles vaccines exceeding 1,000 on the Double Ninth Festival.

With the vaccine service platform officially launched on the Dingxiang Doctor App, it will join forces with Dingxiang Doctor’s existing health education and online consultation services to provide users with higher-quality, more comprehensive health and lifestyle services.

At the conference, Li Tiantian, founder of DXY, stated, “Our goal is straightforward: we hope to work with everyone to build an industrial ecosystem and make it more benign and healthy. Driven by this sense of mission, we have joined forces with an increasing number of professional partners, and DXY has truly committed ‘half its life’ to its collaborators.”
