Multiple IVD Companies Announce Strategic Collaborations and Recent IPO Filings

On April 3, Sansure Biotech Inc. and Hangzhou Matridx Biotechnology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the field of pathogen NGS. The two parties will conduct in-depth collaboration on the construction of pathogen NGS platforms, product transformation, and market promotion, integrating core advantages in the field of pathogen detection. Together, they aim to promote the clinical adoption and industrial upgrading of precision diagnostics for infectious diseases, while jointly creating a world-leading full-process solution for pathogen NGS.

On April 2, Adicon and Jiuzhou Tong Medical Device Group officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Both parties will rely on their core advantages to jointly explore new paths for the deep integration of medical testing and supply chain, and together promote the high-quality development of grassroots healthcare. According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, both parties will establish a long-term stable cooperative relationship lasting three years based on the fundamental principles of equality, mutual benefit, and complementary advantages. The collaboration will focus on three core areas: co-building regional testing centers, co-establishing hospital testing laboratories, and sharing supply chain resources.

On March 31, Hong Kong-based life science company BiomOrgan ("BiomOrgan" hereinafter), the Centre for Virology, Vaccinology, and Therapeutics (CVVT), and MGI announced a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement at Hong Kong Science Park. Together, they will establish PDOHub™ HK, the first integrated organoid precision medicine center in Asia. The three parties will leverage their respective technological advantages to jointly promote the development of precision medicine, clinical decision support, and multi-disease translational research.

On March 27, in Xinxiang, Henan, Cytiva signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Hualan Ankang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and officially inaugurated the "Hualan Ankang·Cytiva Bioprocess Development Joint Laboratory."
