Launched in 2016, the Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference has grown into China’s largest and most information-rich summit integrating industry and capital within the healthcare innovation sector. It serves as a hub for core industry stakeholders, driving transformation in the innovative healthcare industry and building a comprehensive exchange and matchmaking platform across the entire healthcare value chain.

Since its inception in 2016, the conference has been successfully held five times, attracting over 30,000 attendees. It has featured more than 1,000 academic and industry speakers from home and abroad, drawn over 5,000 listed and innovative healthcare companies, and garnered more than 10 million media reports and interviews across medical, health, financial, and general news outlets.

Renewers | Volunteer Registration Guidelines

1. No restrictions on age, gender, or nationality; priority will be given to individuals who have completed full vaccination against COVID-19.

2. Please ensure punctual arrival at your post, refrain from taking leave without valid reasons, do not leave your post without authorization, and comply with organizational arrangements.

3. After registration, please ensure your communication channels remain open and follow the VB100 official WeChat account to receive timely updates.

4. Possess strong communication and expression skills, with a willingness to engage in interpersonal communication. Candidates with outstanding English proficiency will be given preference.

5. Possess a volunteer spirit, be willing to contribute, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills

6. Cherish and uphold the reputation of the conference; do not engage in any illegal or infringing activities in your capacity as a volunteer.

Renewers | Round 1 Volunteer Recruitment Positions

[Ranking Selection Committee]

1. Responsible for the design and evaluation of VB100 brand ranking products, and participated in building the VB100 ranking product system;

2. Design data collection plans tailored to the attributes of the rankings, and complete the collection, organization, and analysis of basic ranking information;

3. Assist in maintaining relationships with domestic healthcare enterprises and investment institutions, and establish and improve the expert database for list evaluation;

4. Monitor, collect, and analyze trends and the latest information in the primary market of the healthcare industry (enterprises + investment institutions), and complete investment strategy analysis for investment institutions.

【Media Operations Team】

1. Responsible for drafting promotional copy for the Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference and executing omni-channel communication strategies aligned with brand requirements;

2. Responsible for the operational management of the self-media matrix platforms, and for planning and implementing online activities on new media platforms;

3. Responsible for maintaining relationships with over 100 medical media outlets, and establishing and improving the media cooperation resource database;

4. Responsible for planning the collection of materials for forum activities, on-site promotion, and other related tasks;

1. Responsible for designing the agenda and flow of various forum sessions at the Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference;

2. Responsible for inviting guests such as CEOs of healthcare companies to the corresponding forum sections;

3. Responsible for the design of on-site venue construction and stage aesthetics control;

4. Responsible for managing the pace of on-site conference operations;

[Graphic Design Team]

1. Responsible for contributing to the conceptualization of graphic design for the Future Healthcare 100 Conference;

2. Responsible for the creative design of various segments, including conference forums and rankings;
