On December 10, 2021, Gushengtang Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Baidu Health, agreeing to achieve in-depth collaboration in areas such as online physician appointment scheduling and TCM content partnerships. Following the full onboarding of all public hospital physicians affiliated with Gushengtang onto the Baidu Health platform, users can access online TCM consultations, authoritative popular science content in the field of TCM, live streaming services, and more through Baidu Health.
At the “International Symposium on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Medical Consortiums and Gu Shengtang’s Listing Ceremony on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange,” hosted by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and organized by Gu Shengtang TCM Chain Management Group, the two parties held a signing ceremony. Participants included Ma Jiye, Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Municipal Healthcare Security Administration; Fang Shuting, former Director of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Xu Runsan, a National Master of TCM; Wang Shaomin, Vice President of Gu Shengtang TCM; Yang Minglu, General Manager of Baidu Health; and Yang Lu, Head of Content Ecosystem at Baidu Health.
Tu Zhiliang, founder and chairman of Gushengtang Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), stated that the company’s listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as the first TCM medical service provider was made possible by the support of the Party and the government, relevant regulatory authorities, and strategic partners. Guided by the philosophy of “chain operation, group-based management, scaled development, brand building, and internationalization,” Gushengtang has invited National Medical Masters and renowned senior TCM practitioners from provincial and municipal levels to provide consultations at grassroots TCM clinics.
