Recently, it was learned from the Yinchuan Municipal Health Commission in Ningxia that Yinchuan Zhenru Online Internet Hospital has passed the review. In the development journey of “Internet + Healthcare,” the approval of Yinchuan Zhenru Online Internet Hospital successfully fills the gap in the specialist breast disease diagnosis and treatment sector!

It is understood that Yinchuan Zhenru Internet Hospital has currently launched ten departments, including General Practice, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Medical Imaging, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Medical Aesthetics. The hospital will provide daily healthcare consultations and follow-up visit services for patients with common breast conditions and breast cancer. Meanwhile, services such as preoperative assessment, postoperative follow-up, and interpretation of pathology results will also be incorporated into its online diagnosis and treatment scope.

Yang Yin, founder and chairman of Zhenru.com, stated that the Yinchuan Zhenru.com Internet Hospital will be developed into a key hub and platform for women’s health. Building on this foundation, the hospital will provide end-to-end, full-cycle management for patients with breast diseases through services such as medication delivery, advance appointment scheduling for tests and examinations, and synchronized offline examinations and follow-up visits.

It is reported that Zhenru Internet Hospital will next join hands with Yinchuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital to collaborate with top national experts in the field of breast health, providing local women with a closed-loop service model that integrates online and offline breast care, health education, disease diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation guidance. Meanwhile, both parties will jointly establish a specialized big data center for breast health services, exploring and implementing interconnectivity of relevant data among medical institutions in Ningxia and even the five northwestern provinces, thereby safeguarding women’s breast health.

As a new model for the effective allocation of medical resources, the General Office of the State Council issued the “Opinions on Promoting the Development of ‘Internet + Healthcare’” in 2018 to advance the sustained development of “Internet + Healthcare.” By the end of 2020, more than 1,100 internet hospitals had been approved across China. However, no specialized internet hospital has yet emerged in the field of breast care.

In recent years, the incidence of breast diseases has been high, with conditions such as breast cancer, mastitis, and mammary gland hyperplasia becoming increasingly prevalent. Statistical data show that breast cancer ranked first globally in new cases in 2020, while domestic incidence rates in China have remained persistently high, even exhibiting significant growth. Further optimizing specialized medical resources for breast health and achieving interconnected diagnostic and treatment services in this specialty have become essential health needs for women.

As an internet platform dedicated to women’s breast health management, Zhenru Network effectively integrates resources from renowned domestic experts, scholars, and medical institutions, building a comprehensive service chain for women across China that includes health education, online consultation, remote diagnosis, and health management. The approval and establishment of the Yinchuan Zhenru Internet Hospital have created an integrated online-to-offline platform, truly achieving a closed-loop integration of resource allocation for consultations, health education, and clinical care. This development also provides significant reference value for the future growth of other specialized verticals in the healthcare sector.

Yang Yin stated that over the past two years, internet healthcare has played a significant role in pandemic response and meeting patients’ medical needs, demonstrating the broad prospects of integrating internet technologies with medical services in optimizing resource allocation, innovating service models, and improving service efficiency. Zhenru Internet Hospital will strengthen its innovation efforts by leveraging digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to optimize the allocation of online and offline resources, thereby safeguarding breast health for more women and empowering the development of the entire industry through its own initiatives.

The “Healthy China” national strategy emphasizes that the health of the people is a significant indicator of national prosperity and strength. It calls for the improvement of national health policies to provide comprehensive, full-lifecycle health services to the public. In the wake of the pandemic, the general health industry entered a trajectory of robust growth in 2022, ushering in a new chapter for the sector and driving health-related industries into a new period of heightened development. The approval of Yinchuan Zhenru Network’s internet-based platform marks a significant step forward in medical service innovation within the specialized vertical of breast health care, and will also contribute to the strategic implementation of the “Healthy China” initiative.
