Sanofi Advances Further in the Development of Dual Antibody for Autoimmune Diseases.


On April 7, Sanofi announced that the Phase II studies of lunsekimig, a TSLP/IL-13 dual antibody, conducted in two chronic respiratory diseases, have both met the primary and key secondary endpoints. In both studies, lunsekimig was well-tolerated with an acceptable safety profile.


Gilead Sciences' Long-Acting HIV Prevention Drug Proposed for Priority Review.


On April 7, according to the CDE official website, Gilead's Lenapavir Sodium Tablets and Lenapavir Sodium Injection new indications are proposed to be included in the priority review, applicable for use in combination with safe sexual practices for pre-exposure prophylaxis in adults and adolescents (weighing at least 35kg or more) at higher risk of infection, to reduce the risk of acquiring HIV-1 through sexual activity.
