Recently, Beijing Advanced Medical Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AMT Medical Inc.") has completed a D-round financing of over 200 million yuan. This round of financing was led by the ZheSheng Collaborative Life Health Fund, with participation from institutions such as the Henan Key Intellectual Property Fund and Global Hedge Fund Management Co., Ltd. It is reported that after completing this round of financing, the post-investment valuation of AMT Medical Inc. exceeds 1.5 billion yuan.
According to AMT Medical Inc., the financing funds will mainly be used for the research and development of core 3D printed biodegradable vascular stent series products and the registration certification in domestic and overseas markets, as well as for the market promotion of the recently launched carbon dioxide contrast injection device in China.
Tianyancha shows that AMT Medical Inc. is the world's only institution utilizing 3D printing technology for the research and development of fully degradable vascular stents. The company currently holds multiple domestic and international patents related to this technology. Products under development include fully degradable coronary drug-eluting stents and fully degradable peripheral drug-eluting stents. Follow-up products will also include a variety of absorbable implants prepared using 3D printing technology.
To date, AMT Medical Inc. has targeted the pan-vascular interventional field, including cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, and neurovascular areas, and has developed a range of biodegradable stents and implantable/interventional supporting products. The company has obtained five medical device registration certificates, including several balloon dilation catheter products, a domestically pioneering stent positioning device for precise placement of stents at the ostial lesions of the aorta-coronary artery, and a first-of-its-kind carbon dioxide contrast injection device in China. Products currently being rapidly advanced include a second-generation fully bioabsorbable rapamycin drug-eluting coronary stent (3D printed PLLA material, cardiovascular interventional product) and a fully bioabsorbable paclitaxel drug-eluting superficial femoral artery stent (3D printed PLCL material, peripheral vascular interventional product), both of which have entered the special approval process for innovative medical devices and are undergoing clinical trials or registration applications. In terms of neurovascular intervention, AMT Medical Inc. is also developing the only biodegradable intracranial stent currently under research in China.

We aim to establish a clinical training base for CO2 angiography technology and advance the standardization and internationalization of vascular disease diagnosis and treatment technologies in China."
