Through a one-on-one contracted family health partnership service, users can access comprehensive online medical and healthcare services, including family physician care, specialist consultations, appointments with renowned experts, and referral scheduling. Additionally, they can receive precise and considerate offline medical services, such as symptom-based appointment booking, hospitalization and surgical arrangements, and medical accompaniment, as well as specialized medical and healthcare services provided by WeDoctor’s General Practice Centers.

As the pace of modern life accelerates, individuals face increasingly severe health challenges under the compounded pressures of family and work, leading to a heightened awareness of health. In this context, there is a growing demand for health management and medical healthcare services, accompanied by higher expectations for professionalism and convenience. However, due to factors such as a lack of health literacy and complex medical consultation processes, many people still find themselves in a predicament where they feel “neglected” or “ill-equipped” to manage their illnesses when they occur.
