Haodf Online Unveils the '2021 Annual Top Doctors List' Amid IPO Filing

On January 22, Haodf Online grandly released the “2021 Haodf Rankings,” marking the ninth consecutive year of its publication.

Over the past year, 240,000 physicians from accredited hospitals across China provided 48.55 million text-and-image consultations, 930,000 telephone consultations, and 700,000 outpatient or specialist consultation services via the Haodf Online platform. Following their hospital visits, patients posted 690,000 reviews on the Haodf Online platform, providing feedback on their satisfaction with treatment outcomes and physician attitude.

Based on the aforementioned data, the Haodf Online platform established selection criteria and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of physicians across multiple dimensions, including service volume, service depth, response timeliness, response satisfaction, and patient post-visit reputation. Through rigorous calculations, 453 Annual Top Doctors, 80 Young Top Doctors, and 8 County-Level Top Doctors were selected from a pool of 240,000 physicians nationwide. Notably, the Service Depth Index was introduced as a new evaluation dimension this year, with a particular focus on the depth of doctor-patient communication and the quality of medical services.

Meanwhile, the list has added the "Nurse of the Year" award to advocate for nurse-physician collaboration and extend patient treatment and care into the home. This year, three nurses from across China were included on the list.
