Haisco Announces Exclusive Licensing Agreement with AbbVie for Nav1.8 Inhibitor Program

Every day AI Express, April 12,HaiscoAnnouncement: The company has entered into an exclusive license agreement with AbbVie Inc. to grant AbbVie the exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize the Nav1.8 project globally, excluding mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Macao Special Administrative Region. As part of the consideration for this out-license transaction, the company will receive an upfront payment of $30 million and potential additional milestone payments of up to $715 million for the Nav1.8 project. Furthermore, AbbVie will also support a certain amount of research and development costs for the authorized Nav1.8 inhibitor until clinical proof-of-concept under the collaboration.
