AI+Healthcare Company Zixing Artificial Intelligence Secures Tens of Millions RMB in Series A Funding, Lianxing Capital Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Recently, ZIXING AI, an “AI + healthcare” company targeting the oncology and reproductive genetics markets, announced that it had secured tens of millions of RMB in Series A financing from an institutional investor. Lianxing Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round. The funds will be used for research and development, market expansion, and the establishment of third-party laboratories.

ZIXING AI, established in December 2016, is an AI-driven R&D enterprise focused on “AI + Life Sciences.” The company’s team originates from Professor Cai Zixing and his research group. Professor Cai, a former Vice President of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) during its 3rd and 4th terms, an IEEE Life Fellow, and the recipient of the Achievement Award of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award—China’s highest honor in artificial intelligence—leads the foundational research efforts. The company’s executive management team comprises professionals from Fortune Global 500 companies.

ZIXING AI is committed to pioneering a new era of digital karyotyping with artificial intelligence. Its flagship product, the Intelligent Karyotype Analysis System, is primarily applied in the fields of reproductive genetics and hematologic oncology, providing robust AI-assisted diagnostic capabilities for chromosomal analysis in the diagnosis and prognosis of various diseases.
