On April 13, 2026, Regeneron and Telix Pharmaceuticals announced a collaboration to jointly develop and commercialize next-generation radiopharmaceutical therapies under a 50/50 cost and profit-sharing model.

This collaboration combines Regeneron's extensive expertise in biologics, including bispecific antibody discovery technology, with Telix's radiopharmaceutical development platform, global manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain infrastructure. The collaboration will cover multiple solid tumor targets from Regeneron’s antibody portfolio, all derived from VelocImmune® mice. In line with their shared commitment to precision oncology, the two parties also plan to develop radiodiagnostic products to support patient selection and treatment response assessment.

According to the terms of the agreement,Telix to Receive $40 Million Upfront Payment from Regeneron, to gain access to its radiopharmaceutical manufacturing platform for four initial therapeutic programs; Regeneron has the right to expand the scope to include four additional programs, subject to additional upfront payments. Telix and Regeneron will equally share global commercialization costs and potential profits, with Telix retaining co-promotion rights for certain potential products. If Telix opts out of the co-funding model for a particular program,It will be eligible for up to $535 million in development and commercialization milestone payments (a combined maximum of $2.14 billion across four projects)., as well as royalties in the low double-digit percentage of the product's future net sales.

Telix and Regeneron will also jointly develop diagnostic assets, with Telix responsible for commercialization and Regeneron receiving a share of the profits.
