Professor Zhang Zhongtao, President of the Surgical Medical Equipment Branch of the China Medical Equipment Association and Chairman of the Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, stated in his speech that endoscopic surgery has gradually evolved from being "high-end" to becoming a "routine operation" in general surgery. Establishing a stratified and graded standardized training system is an essential path to ensuring medical safety and improving the level of standardization.

Professor Cai Kui, President of the Application Evaluation Branch of the China Medical Equipment Association, stated from the perspective of technical evaluation that the reasonable application of medical equipment is as important as the skill level of the operators. Training should not only teach how to use the equipment but also establish a scientific evaluation system to ensure that every technology can be "accessible, usable, and safe" at the grassroots level.

Professor Wei Guo from the Department of General Surgery at Beijing Friendship Hospital delivered a keynote presentation titled "Standardized Training and Quality Control for Basic Level Endoscopic Surgery." He emphasized that to translate guidelines and consensus into clinical practice, it is necessary to establish a closed-loop training system encompassing "theory → simulation → animal experiments → clinical mentoring → assessment and certification." He also called for the establishment of certification standards for domestically produced medical devices to ensure the safety of basic-level surgeries.

Professor Zhao Ning from the Department of General Surgery at Beijing Friendship Hospital provided a systematic explanation of "The Ten-Step Method for Endoscopic Thyroid Surgery." He emphasized that creating a cavity through breast alignment puncture can reduce the use of the lithotomy position, and the surgery should incorporate recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring and in-situ parathyroid preservation techniques.

Professor Liu Qian from the Department of Colorectal Surgery at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, in his speech titled "Standardized Use of Technology for Optimal Prognosis," emphasized that the core of standardized surgery lies in avoiding the overuse of technology. Using the case of excessive lymph node dissection in patients with malignant adenomas as a warning, he stressed the importance of strictly adhering to the "China Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" to ensure the safe and rational application of technology.

Professor Wu Hongwei from the Department of General Surgery at Beijing Friendship Hospital shared "Key Points and Operational Training for Quality Control in General Surgery," analyzing the core elements of quality control system construction from the two dimensions of hospital management and clinical operations.

Professor Zhang Jungang from the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery Department of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital delivered an excellent report titled "Da Vinci Spleen-Preserving Distal Pancreatectomy with Priority to the Anatomical Plane of the Splenic Artery and Vein." He introduced that the anatomical strategy of "prioritizing the splenic artery and vein plane" can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding risk. Clinical data demonstrated the advantages of robotic surgery in precise spleen preservation.

Professor Zuo Shuai from the Department of General Surgery at Peking University First Hospital focused on "Techniques for Preserving the Left Colic Artery in Laparoscopic Radical Rectal Cancer Surgery," providing a detailed analysis of vascular preservation strategies and key operational points through numerous surgical images and case studies.
